I’m not against spending money on my dogs but I do object to being upsold every visit to the vet. The last time, we needed to culture Ruth’s urine to know exactly what was wrong (just a couple hundred dollars and 2 weeks before any treatment) just to find out, it’s unclear. So amoxicillin is the best bet. But, don’t expect that will be available. Check back in 3 days. They may be good but they will definitely be expensive and slow

It's hard to put into words how disappointing this clinic is. I don't know where to begin. I'll just make a list. 1) One of my dogs had a growth on her neck, so I brought her down there and they did a biopsy. They said it could've been cancer, or it could've been nothing. It was a nightmare obviously. They said it would take one or two days to get results. A week later, I still didn't hear anything. Dr Wagner removed 14 teeth from my dog 15 days ago. Took her back a week later because her face was very swollen she gave me more antiinflamitories. Sent me on my way. Today I go in for the 2 week check up. My dogs face is still swollen and now she has an ear infection. Supposedly she was going to take a sample of the swollen area. I apologize as it sounds like we had some communication barriers today. Your visit was a complimentary visit included with the dentistry. The diagnostics (for the swelling and for the ear infection) and treatment (for the ear infection) did incur charges, as they are beyond the services included in a complimentary dentistry recheck.
