Vet was rude and uncaring and she wont call you back. Bill was over $100 more than quoted. Was given strong drugs with deadly side effects and NOBODY talked to us about side effects or even how or when to give the drugs . Also my dog was diagnosed with Cushing's disease and the vet didn't mention not to feed her food with grain or anything we should be careful of. She walked by us twice while we picked up the meds so she had a chance to say something to us but not even a hello was given.Very dissatisfied.

We took our 2 dogs, one an incredible sweet boxer “Koda” and a 9wk shitzu/ penkingnees “Stanley” to this vet today...loved them! Starting with Kaley with her great Omer service...to our new vet! Thank you, it’s like taking the babies to a great pediatrician!!

I have been going to Angeles clinic for 12 years- but today was the last for the third time I took a dog in for a dental only to be told at 2:30 " oh we havn't gotten around to him" And then you have to wait forever knowing you are getting a sub standard job cause they overbooked. they love money not animals

We're sorry we couldn't meet your expectations today. We only schedule two dental procedures per day, but unfortunately we often don't know how long a procedure will take. In some cases we don't anticipate extractions from an oral exam during our routine physicals, but once the pet is sedated and we can really look in there, along with dental x-rays, we find more than we bargained for. This Saturday my pet was really sick and not knowing where to go my neighbor recommended this clinic...I called on a Saturday minutes before closing and they just said come right on in...I can't thank them enough for their compassion and doing this for a pet that is unknown to their practice....The good news is Abby is now their new patient...

#1 complain, customer service, spoken to like I was dumb or maybe could not comprehend what I wanted ..Idk??? But not very helpful, and on top of that, sooo $$$$$$ !!!!

I am a little disappointed. The people are nice, yes, but we could have saved a lot of money and visits. We have a dog who is allergic to many things and last year we had no idea what it was. We were at this clinic 4 times in two months. The only treatment we were given was shampoo. We have since gone to a new vet here in Forks and in one visit they took blood to do allergy testing. We got the results today and a booklet explaining her allergies and what food from what brands she can eat. All Angeles Clinic did was take over... read more
