Called on Thursday to arrange a private orthodontic appointment for my daughter and advised I would get a call back shortly to arrange and didn't happen! Called again today (Friday) and left a message for. a call back and again nothing! Taking my business elsewhere as poor customer service!
Treatment is very good but booking appointments is a nightmare! No flexibility. I have other children and work in London 3days a week. Can't be given an appointment on a Monday or Tuesday when I'm off? For my child's next appointment I'll have to take another days leave and put my other children into a breakfast club, or wait until January. Becoming a regular experience.
