Ania and her team did a great job preparing everything to close on our property(closing was on time). She got me a interest rate of less than 3% on a 30 year conventional and she was on top of the interest rates on a daily basis. They were quick in response time and had all documentation processed asap. This is the 2nd property that we have purchased through UR and will more than likely continue to use them as our mortgage broker. Thank you Ania!

I found Ania by accident. I was a little worried but after my first discussion with Ania she won me over. She and her team provided an exceptional service. Her communication was outstanding. Ania and her team were able to clear up the questions I had, and they worked with me on loan figures. We compared other loan offers I had received and compared the numbers. Network Funding came in matching the lowest interest rates I was receiving and they had cheaper closing costs as well. It was easy to get a hold of them, be it by phone call, text message, email, or the loan dashboard communication.
