Ania is amazing. She made something that was so complicated and confusing for first time buyers easy to understand. Regardless of the time I called or texted her she was always able to contact us back in a timely manner! She always kept us updated about our status and what the numbers all meant on the documents. I recommend her to everyone. She really made this experience easy and made everything go smoothly for getting our first home!

It was the first time purchasing a home, and I couldn’t have asked for a better lender! Ania Kozera and her team made the whole process an excellent experience. She’ll let you know what could be an issue and let you know how to fix it or get around in it in the next breath. The amount of time she gave me was amazing, she’s not just 9-5, no matter the day or time she was very responsive in answering all my questions. I highly recommend her for any lending needs!

Ania was recommended to me by a Sales Agent. I have been through the process of financing for a home 6 times in the past 14 years. Ania was extreamly helpful during what can be a very complicated and stressful time. I am so thankful for Ania and her staff. I qualified in a record number of days. I highly recommend Ania , that is if someone want one of the best. A group that are in your court from when you make an offer to the day of closing.

My experience working with Ultimate Rate Mortgage was excellent. As a first time home buyer with a lot of questions, Ania explained different/best possible options for me. Ania helped me and my wife to get a house that we love!!! From the beginning Ania was very communicative and let us know what paperwork we should bring in order to get things done.
