RecommendedWe recently had to put our beloved cat teddy bear down he was our first pet as a couple and it was incredibly heartbreaking but the vet was very kind about the process and was super sweet we just received a lovely letter in the mail hand written saying their apologies for the event it made me feel just a bit better knowing my baby was in a better place n that they cared how the owners felt so thank you for ur help in this tough time with my family and many prayers ur way.
Recommendedno other vet would give me an appointment, including Nye County where i have been going for over 4 years. my 1st impression was the staff and they were beyond awesome, sense of humor and treated me like i'm an actual person. Dr. Thomas is beyond awesome. within days, my senior girl pup was better than she's been in over a year. i followed his instructions to the tee. the most impressive was everyone who came in contact with my girl treated her like she was the only one there. worth the drive from south of Lakeside!!

RecommendedVisitng our vacation home in Pahrump from California when our standard poodle developed a cough. Although booked solid, I was told to bring him in, as an emergency patient. Although the office was busy, it presents as very well organized. All of the front and back office staff were helpful, friendly and patient with my fearful pup. RecommendedTook both our fur babies to the Animal Care Center. I was very impressed with the staff and Dr. Thomas. They made us and our Bonnie n Clyde feel important. Also the cost was very reasonable. Animal Care Center will be the place that we take all our fur babies.
RecommendedTaken 3 animals in, two for emergency and one to cross over the Rainbow Bridge. Compassionate and caring staff and Doctors. Both my emergency cases recovered and my Snickers went very peacefully in my arms. Thank you ACC for all you do!
RecommendedOur Beagle, Kayli, was seen by Dr. Collins for the first time today. She got very ill over night and our normal vets office was closed for the weekend. I called early this morning and they got us an appointment right away. Everyone there was so nice and were very attentive to Kayli's needs. Dr. Collins was very thorough in caring for her.
