Excellent staff and doctors. Dr. Heyer has done great with my dogs from check-ups to shots and even during the sad times. You can truly tell they are passionate about what they do!

We love everyone at the clinic. Cylie loves going to "doggie" camp. She's our third pup that has had wonderful experiences and care at the clinic. We've sent several friends for the same care. We wouldn't know what to do without everyone there. The cleanliness is tops and we love the official greeter Lewis. You deserve a five star rating. Dave and Carolyn Nagel
My "boys" love Dr. Kim and the staff at Metro Cat Hospital. I have been with them for over 12 years and they have helped me with aging animals and now my two HIGH maintenance boys.... allergies, heart condition and they saved my youngest guys life when he was a kitten. All are happy and healthy. :)

RecommendedBEWARE!!! Read the bad reviews on google before deciding to go here. I wish I would have!! I would rate this place a 0 if I could. I am new to the area and needed a vet, they were close to my home so I decided to give them a try. This was my first and last time going here. Reception staff and Dr. Bollinger do not listen to you and do NOT care about your pet. They only care about selling you unnecessary procedures, special foods, and other expensive products. I noticed that someone from this page "liked" a comment on an article regarding New York's recent decision to ban declawing of cats. We would never advocate for removing teeth from dogs who chew on our stuff and frankly l was disappointed to see that an animal clinic would openly show that they are totally okay with unnecessary surgery that mutilates an animal. That must be a source of income for this "care" clinic. How sad.

Our doctors offer many alternatives to declawing, and always do a full exam and consultation with owners, only using declawing as our last resort.
