Clean, pleasant waiting rooms and caring, gentle staff. The vet techs are great at calming my terrified kitties and the vets take the time necessary to do their job and answer all of my questions.

The wait time was short. The waiting area is always neat and clean. The staff are friendly and efficient. Dr. Graeff is great. He assured me my dog just had a mild case of colitis and he provided treatment. When I first started taking my dogs to him in 2008 I thought his prices were a little high compared to my previous vet, but the care he and his staff provides is well worth it.
