I am very disappointed in the way they took care of my cat. i would not recommend them in 100 years. It is clear to me all they wanted was our money. My baby had a wound that was already in the healing process and all I wanted to know was if she had a bone broken because their was a weird hard lump next to this scabbed area and a little bald spot from possibly a cat fight . My dog had surgery done here do to getting hit by a car. At first Dr. Clark and the staff where great. immediately post op Dr. Clark called and reassured us surgery went great, and that in his 25 years he has not seen plates bend. Well I have a big dog, a doberman, Approximately 5 days post op our dog had got to his staples, so i called and schedule an appointment to have a couple staples replaced. My dog had been a patient in last part of his life and when it was time for me to put my dog down, they wouldn't do it unless they could examine him first and charge me extra. Very unprofessional trying to gouge me for a little extra money. Went to their competitor and they more than happy to help me at a fair price, thank you Ashley Creek Animal hospital.
