My dog had surgery done here do to getting hit by a car. At first Dr. Clark and the staff where great. immediately post op Dr. Clark called and reassured us surgery went great, and that in his 25 years he has not seen plates bend. Well I have a big dog, a doberman, Approximately 5 days post op our dog had got to his staples, so i called and schedule an appointment to have a couple staples replaced. My dog had been a patient in last part of his life and when it was time for me to put my dog down, they wouldn't do it unless they could examine him first and charge me extra. Very unprofessional trying to gouge me for a little extra money. Went to their competitor and they more than happy to help me at a fair price, thank you Ashley Creek Animal hospital.
