My dog had been a patient in last part of his life and when it was time for me to put my dog down, they wouldn't do it unless they could examine him first and charge me extra. Very unprofessional trying to gouge me for a little extra money. Went to their competitor and they more than happy to help me at a fair price, thank you Ashley Creek Animal hospital.
