I had a tragic incident where my ferrets spleen ruptured on a Sunday afternoon. We got in the car and called to let them know we were on our way. When we arrived they were standing by the doors...

Receiving staff was very pleasant and courteous. Even when she needed an assistant to take my cats temperature, she asked if it was ok to take him out of the room for a quick sec. I was fine with...

I'll use'm again too! Our boxer mix is in there right now being given treatment that most people don't get in hostpitals. If you don't like the bill, don't go there. They saved our other dog three years ago from certain death. Our pets are that important to us. Thank you so much to the entire hospital staff and especially the Vets! Clark

A Naughty Husky Puppy Last week our 11 month old husky ate an entire bottle of our older dogs arthritis medication. We ran him into our local vet's office where they initiated treatment. Unfortunately, our local vet clinic does not provide 24 hour care and Koda would need continuous IV fluids to help prevent kidney failure. Kell... read more

After a camping accident with the dog necessitated a quick trip to a veterinarian - with being a Saturday on a holiday weekend, all of the regular vets were already closed. A trip to the pet ER was needed ... we drove all the way to GR from the Fremont, MI area. We called beforehand to let them know we were coming and gave them the pet info that they requested (name, weight, years old). The place was sadly busy with several people ahead of us, but they immediately took us in to get our dog's bloody foot taken care of with a ... read more

Great care---great staff I cannot say enough about the staff that works there, they are great and very caring people. The only bad part was the bill, and I was shocked at the total, but I didn't have and other choice. I would never hesitate to take my pet back, I just hope I never have to! I am sorry to hear about the bad experience people have had there, but I can honestly say I never doubted them, they were AMAZING! (Edited May 17, 2009)
