So grateful for the veterinarians and staff at Animal Emergency Hospital of Grand Rapids. They took such good care of my kitten, Winnie, during her ER visit and her admission. Being able to get regular updates and to ask questions made such a difference. I could tell the staff genuinely cared, which was so refreshing. So thankful for their care for my sweet girl :)

They care for your pet when your normal veterinary clinic is full or after hours in case of emergency.
It was the only place that would treat ferrets after hours, so we drove 3 hours to get there at night They were very friendly, professional and were able to treat our ferret, who would otherwise not have made it Very thankful for them

This was our first experience with an emergency vet. We have had dogs for 20 years and consider ourselves blessed. Our present dog loves to play with other dogs and her ear was injured at the dog park playing with her usual pack of friends. Of course this was on a Saturday, our personal vet office returned our call after we were on the wait list for the ER. Overall the care of great. The staff is amazing and took care of my kitty as if she was there own. They were upfront with all the charges. My quote for ER surgery was 5000-6200. I called my own vet to see if cheaper and it wasn't. Surgery was performed that day at this location. So thankful for the vets who cared for her after eating fishline. While Lucy was there I received pictures and was able to visit. I received updates and could call anytime. Highly recommend!
