The workers and doctors at the Animal Emergency Hospital are some of the most caring folks I have ever met. We were visiting family when our 17 year old miniature schnauzer fell ill and we ended up having to put her down. They made an extremely difficult day a little more bearable. When my vet sent me there to remove the piece of tennis ball obstructing my dog, I expected them to perform surgery. But, they hydrated him and the object passed with the doctor’s manipulation. I was delighted that they did their best to solve the problem without cutting. Also, they cuddled my boy and treated him as their own. They even sent me a picture of him on one of their laps. This really comforted me on an anxious evening. They are most humane!!

Checking in process was great! Fill out basic info at home then wait for them to contact you to come there. We were taken right in. Very friendly group and on duty vet.

We came here by recommendation from our dogs primary care veterinarian when they did not have the equipment needed for certain diagnostic tests. We have been to other Pet ER’s that have horrible service, long wait times, and unhelpful doctors. Bel Air Animal Hospital is the complete opposite. Once checked in online we were able to bring our pet in almost immediately. Since it was an emergency, our pet was examined quickly and he was admitted ASAP. The doctor seemed very knowledgeable. The only thing I was very displeased about was that when my dog was brought out her rear legs and rear end were soaked in pee. Someone should have cleaned her up and they obviously knew about it because they brought her out to me using a towel to nudge her rear end.
