Took my dog here when he was having respiratory distress. Turns out they’re not 24/7! Had to drive another 20 minutes to find an actual 24/7 ER. Useless. You should be ashamed.
My grandmother brought her cat here who had a cut and pelvic fracture they told her he was expected to make a full recovery and charged her through the roof it seems. He unfortunately passed after she paid tons of money not even 2 days later, i feel as though for the amount she was charged they should’ve run more test. I feel She was taken advantage of and way over charged, a refund wasn’t offered at all. This place is very unprofessional and does nothing in their power to fix issues. I’ve been hung up on three times including from the manager. Do not bring your animals here for anything kind of care. When we were viewing and saying our final goodbyes they had random guys peak and walk inside the room. Horrible costumer service and can’t contact anyone.
Debra Mitchell is rude as well as her staff. My daughter and niece told a young lady how rude they were and how they treated my nieces dog who had just passed wee hours of the morning and the staff were rude after paying in full for the cremation and picking an urn they were so very unprofessional and careless. They hung up in my face twice in the last 24 hours. They didn’t know where my niece dog was. They didn’t take the time to clean him up or anything.
