RecommendedEarlier in the year, we lost our puppy to a heart condition. Shortly after that, our 16yo kitty had a growth on her back and other issues, and we took her in. They were able to remove the growth, and diagnostics showed she had a sever infection in her kidney. They kept her a few days and once it was all said and done, we brought her home. She was wonderful for 6 months until she began to deteriorate quickly. She lost the use of her hind leg, then her front on the same side. We are very thankful for the kind and loving support from everyone at this facility. Losing a best friend is hard and I’m glad y’all were so quick to understand the urgent situation on the night we brought her in. There was a legitimate sense of care for us and Beanee, unlike other places we had been in contact with. Y’all were able to help make one of the worst moments of my life more calm and at ease. Thank you for kindly being supportive and very professional in the midst of chaos.

I rushed my dog up to the clinic last night at 10 pm and we were wonderfully taken care of the entire time. I was a blubbering mess because my baby was sick and the staff took extra time to make sure that both my dog and I were comfortable with the situation. The staff clearly communicated that payment was due up front and how much costs were. My two puppies got Parvo and we did not catch it early. They gave us resources and information to try and save them since we did not have the money to pay for them to stay over night. We were able to save one. However, the next day we had to put one down because he was just too sick. They later sent us a card with what we assume is his paw print. On top of that everyone there signed the card. We hold it close bc it’s all we have of him other than his tag.
These people are amazing! They worked quickly and passionately to save our Bolt!
We brought our 12 year old girl here when she suddenly had a seizure. She was taken back quickly and the staff was very kind. We heard from the doc within the hour the next steps. I’m sure they were annoyed by my 50 phone calls, but they are all so nice and answered all my questions thoroughly. Will definitely be back if an emergency arises. Fingers crossed the meds work and we get some more time out of Robyn. Thank you again for all you guys do!
