I have never been to a vet that has so much knowlege, compassion and professionalism. From the front desk staff, vet techs and of course the doctors. I have been seeing Dr. King and Weaver did my Wendi's surgery. They saved my dogs life. Love the fact they are open 7 days a week, takes much anxiety off just knowing they are there.
we have been taking our dogs here for 10 years, I have refered countless family and friends over the years. we recently brought my 70lb boxer in because she broke her toe. After paying $425 for her visit (and shots) we got her home. LESS THAN 3 DAYS LATER her splint completely snapped! she was VERY restricted at home (following Dr orders). when I called to ask if someone could at least look at the toe (at this point we didn't know the splint was totally snapped) we were told it would be $40 for them to just look at her! then... read more

EDIT/UPDATE: Spoke with Susan who rectified the situation flawlessly. So happy I can resume taking my dog here and trust that if an issue arises that it will be taken into consideration. Thanks for everything! Not good. Did not inform properly and tried to pass another office visit fee onto me after just paying for one a month prior. I have loved and trusted them for years so this is very sad for me and my pup. Not acceptable and I won't be trusting them any further.

Horrible place. They are friendly to the dogs but not knowledgeable in the care of certain breeds and definitely not knowledgeable in exotics. My beagle was overweight from the day I rescued her and they recommended I feed her about four cups of food a day which resulted in her continuing to be fat. Being young and a first time dog mom I listened. They are so busy that I received several differing diagnoses from different staff members. They have apparently become too busy to do a good and caring job. After 20 years of going to this clinic I will never trust them with my beloved pup. Very 😔

My Moms dog has been seen here for years. Recently her Jack Russell was diagnosed with Heart Failure and Edema. She was prescribed medication and was given the wrong medication not once but twice. The only reason we found out was because my Mom ran out of the medicine she was prescribed for her dog and thought it seemed strange to run out so soon. Now I would have given this place a better review had it not been for what I experienced today. I warn you steer clear of this establishment. I brought my cat in about a week ago because of a tail injury. First they checked to see if he was stable and put us in a room. It took about an hour for anyone to even come check on my cat. This my second bad review. The first was deleted in exchange for free services with a different doctor. But after today I am done with this hospital and will tell everyone i know how my experiences went no matter what they offer me. I called and requested an emergency visit because my puppy was bit by another dog and his eye was bleeding. They told me to come right away (took me 10 mins to get there.)
