I've been using animal house for over 20 years for a dog and a cat. Not one complaint.
Animal house is amazing! I have been taking my two dogs there for the past 2 years and they absolutely love it:) the groomers are incredible! They come home smelling great and they are always super soft. Today was their first day at doggie day camp and they had a blast. Both are asleep at my feet. Which is great after working all day! I would recommend animal house to everyone! Thank you guys for taking such great care of my pups! I really appreciate it!:):)
RecommendedI had only boarded my dogs once before, at a different kennel, and I wasn't too impressed. Animal house was highly recommended to me, so when I needed to board my dogs last minute, I gave them a call. They were very accommodating to my last minute needs, and found space for my babies on a SUPER busy weekend. As soon as I walked in, I knew this was the place for my babies. Kelly and Rachel are outstanding. They helped my dog and myself develop a wonderful relationship where both of our needs can be fulfilled. They developed a training plan that allowed my dog to have a constructive outlet for her natural impulses; they taught me how to read my dog needs and respond to her subtle cues. I started this journey just wanting my manic 1 year old pound puppy to walk on a leash and not bark for 6 hours straight in the car. Truly I think my dog is a better animal because she goes to daycare. The staff is great and all the services Animal House offers is one of a kind. My Emma Bea is more than a "pet", she is my 4-legged child. I tell people they should invest in Animal House, they are just like a human daycare center. How many daycare centers have a signing bus for their child.
Love the daycare! My dogs are always exhausted and sleeping by the time we get home!
My 6 year-old viszla/lab mix Penny always comes back from this place happy and energized. No kennel anxiety at all. The staff are very attentive and even provide reports on her eating and bathroom habits. The staff have even washed her bedding if I request a bath as an additional service! I drive right past at least two boarders closer to my home to take Penny to Animal House because she loves it there and I trust them to take good care of her.
Just picked up my aussidoddle after her first stay. She is happy to be home but had a wonderful time. We enjoyed seeing her pictures daily. Will definitely use Animal House again.
