My cat passed away suddenly in my apartment and I went to them. They were incredibly patient and kind, just absolutely amazing even though I was an absolute mess. I'm just so thankful that they treated me so well.
I can't thank the staff at ASC enough for the exceptional care they gave and continue to give my dog Hudson. Hudson was diagnosed with a brain tumor 3 weeks ago and the staff of ASC has been with me every step of the way. ASC has the best group of staff I have ever experienced, everyone right down to the receptionists are fantastic people. Every staff member there treated my Hudson with kindness and compassion. We could not have asked for a more kind and compassionate experience with VCA. Although sadly our girl did not pull through, we are so confident that the team at VCA gave her their absolute best, and were honest, compassionate and professional about prognosis. We would not hesitate to recommend this clinic to anyone and everyone for critical care/specialty medicine. They truly care about their clients and patients, and we had a truly exceptional experience.
I'm reading some of the negative reviews... I had a great experience when I brought my dog here two years ago. She was 2 months old with pneumonia, you guys saved her life! We didn't have to wait long and everyone was nice to us and kind to my Bella. The bill was expensive (aren't all hospitals?) We were not asked for any money up front.We paid at the end. My suggestion to anyone with pets is to invest in some pet insurance. A lot of companies have reasonable monthly rates. I didn't find out about the insurance until after t... read more
