RecommendedThe doctors are great, especially when there are complex cases. Our old lady made it through radiation and it still pushin' over a year later. Note, remember, it is an emergency rm., the wait can be rough.

this is our 2nd time emergency. I love their prompt attention and quick prognosis and their identifying diagnosis of my fluffyWuffy feline. Their prices are $$$ but they're enthused to work with you. Have your pet saving saved up tho cause before any of the procedure to begin you must pay first( which is understandable)

In the midst of the Corona Crisis, while I haven't even been to a market in 4 months, my puppy got sick. My vet was leaving town, and he suggested I call Animal Specialty Center. I'm so glad I did. They were very clear in what the rules were, and how I wouldn't be allowed in with my puppy. It was easy to get there even though I had to drive up from the city. I have brought both my dogs here on separate emergency situations in the middle of the night for different reasons. The young man (maybe Andrew?) begins the front desk was very helpful and professional. He made the check in process seamless. The vets were kind and seemed knowledgeable and I trusted their judgment. The facility is very clean. I pick this place a 100 times over the animal hospital in White Plains.

I was at ASC for a neurology consult with Dr. Eich. I did not have to wait very long for my dog Whinnie to be taken in by 2 very courteous assistants to whom I gave a history. Dr. Eich spent a good amount of time on the phone with me (I had to wait outside due to Covid policies) explaining/discussing her recommendations. It was a very positive experience overall!
