Ann did a fantastic job guiding me through the sale of my home. She developed the perfect plan for showcasing my home, and got me a price that was higher than I expected, even given the current state of the market. She made sure I was clear on my deliverables and timeline, guided all parties (buyer, buyer's agent, township, etc.) through all the necessary steps, and always had a great handle on where we were in the overall process. I absolutely recommend her if you are looking for a hassle-free sale or purchase!

I was very fortunate to have Ann Byer as my realtor when I sold my house this year. I had to move away before my house sold, but Ann made it super easy for me to sell from a distance. Ann is incredible! Highly recommend! I was extremely happy with choosing Ann to sell my home. She is very professional, knowledgeable about the market, and made perfect suggestions as to what I needed to do before listing.
