Ann was great in helping us sell our home. She handled the legwork! The house was on the market for over 5 months which seemed a long time. I don't know if it was a crazy market in early 2015 or Ann just overpriced our place. It sold for a lot less than we originally listed. But, it did sell to a buyer that really was picky. Ann handled negotiations wonderfully.
