Very friendly in store. Not over bearing. Let us have our space. Yet Someone close to answer ??s. Actually delivered day earlier. And. We had a issue and owner himself came over within the same hour and. Oh can't say enough. So nice. Wonderful place to do business

We had a very positive experience at Anna's. Everyone was very nice and helpful. We look forward to the arrival of our new furniture.
I understand the pandemic has put a stress on the industry extending lead times to new lengths not seen before. My issue is the customer service and lack of transparency. I have been told for months the couch was in production and it would ship in a couple weeks. Every couple of weeks I would have to call and I would get the same update. Numerous times I told the sales team be honest, tell me you don’t know and it could be a month or more. At least then I could have made temporary arrangements. 6/18/2021 It's been more than four months since we placed an order for our couch set and still have not received all parts of the order. We were told this is because of the Pandemic and orders were backed up for all furniture stores. However we placed an order with Ashley's furniture and got our furniture in less than month even with the pandemic delays. Worst of all was was the customer service were they wont even offer any compensation for the wait. If you cancel your order there are no refunds but only offer store credit... read more
