We were told our furniture would be in the week after purchase by Anna, however the item was on back order and the store did not check on this until we called a few weeks later asking where it was. We then were told we’d hear back from Greg on an eta, never heard back. We got a call when it did come in, we were asked when we wanted to schedule delivery. TL;DR - The furniture is good and the prices are fair. I recommend you ask for Jay, he’s not pushy and will work with you to resolve any issues you might have. The delivery people scratched our furniture in their truck and the claims people will deny everything. Take pictures of the furniture before having it delivered. We’ve purchased a barcalounger, bedroom set, and a table set, all were of great quality we are very happy with our purchase. I purchased a love seat from Anna’s. I was told I could pick up my loveseat a week later and that I would receive a brand new one, and that I would not receive the one that was on display outside under trees. I was also told that it would not be assembled. When I picked up the couch it was completely wrapped and completely assembled. I didn’t think to cut off the plastic and inspect it, as I trusted them. First experience with Mark: absolutely terrific! Mark was friendly, informative, and not at all pushy as are some other salesmen at other stores. However, when we returned to pay the remaining balance on our dining room table Mark was not there and the salesman that helped us was borderline rude and definitely condescending to my husband and me. I don't know the salesman's name but he was thin and wore glasses.
