Dear Anna’s, please stop tying all your bad reviews to me. I get notified and laugh. Your service is awful. I’ve moved on. Your customers don’t like you. And when they review, you lose money. Hence, Google reviews are good customers. I’ve been reviewing for 7 years and leave mostly good reviews. But when I’m treated like garbage I make sure potential customers avoid the business. All you had to do is stop lying in your emails, read my emails, and consider being of help. But, nope, you argued and lied and called my names.... read more
Awesome experience picking out a new couch and mattress. John was super helpful, gave my wife and I plenty of time to browse and try on different pieces and was very well informed about all the products we asked about! Very friendly and no "used car salesperson" vibes made the shopping experience actually enjoyable. John also offered to review pictures and measurements of our livingroom once the couch is delivered and offer suggestions on how to finish filling the space. I do not enjoy shopping for furniture. Mostly because of previous pushy experiences from sales people and not being given space to explore on my own. My experience at Anna's was the opposite. I was greeted but not harassed. As i browsed, Brad, a salesman asked if I had questions and said he'd be available but nothing further. When I did have questions, he was available, got me answers, and then gave space again. Very appreciative of his approach. Great, quality furniture. The staff were all helpful and knowledgeable. Especially McKenna who really helped us narrow in on what would work for our room based on our taste and the existing style.
I went in just to browse at the couches. Not expecting to find anything I liked, but the selection was actually great and decently priced. John was really helpful in showing me all the options available and answering all my questions from the moment I walked in the door, and through the purchasing process.
