On top of that, she was able to get it to where I didn’t need an extra 40 grand down. She was also able to be a great ear to listen to when I had relationship trouble.

The interest lock down was a bit confusing and probably could have been better communicated, as we wanted to lock down a lesser interest rate at an earlier time than we were allowed to. There was also a weird delay in closing the loan despite being rushed to resubmit documents. But she was very kind and helpful.
Every time I call her, she respond right away. She explained everything to me.
