Annie is the best loan officer I’ve ever had. She is caring, friendly, pays attention to detail, truly cares and was able to get my rate locked in. She was also to able to extend the rate lock. The interest lock down was a bit confusing and probably could have been better communicated, as we wanted to lock down a lesser interest rate at an earlier time than we were allowed to. There was also a weird delay in closing the loan despite being rushed to resubmit documents. But she was very kind and helpful.
