The information I received from Annie did not seem to correlate with information from my sales associate or my title representative. As a first time homebuyer, this made things confusing at times.

Being a first time home buyer, this whole process was very new and sometimes scary. I have no doubt that Annie is very knowledgeable and great at her job. I am only speaking as being a new homeowner. I feel like Annie didn’t speak to me as a first time homebuyer. I had to ask her a few times to “dumb things down” because she talked so fast and spit out so much information, using terms I was not yet familiar with or just beginning to learn.
