The entire staff is friendly, courteous and professional. I love my beautiful carpet. When I had a problem, they were very quick to respond and address it immediately. My overall experience was excellent. I will definitely return for any future flooring needs and recommend them to my friends.
First let me say that I heard about this company from co-workers and friends, and am I so glad I took their advice! From the first visit to the store, (Tammy who was just fantastic and sooo helpful) to the installation of the carpets which I am loving, this was a great and stress free experience. Chris and his crew were pleasant, neat, clean and did an outstanding job. I will be using this company again!
I can’t say enough about Anselone Flooring! From start to finish, they were a wonderful local company to work with. Paula and Gina in the office were so helpful in assisting me with picking out the carpet and beyond accommodating in scheduling the installation to work within the very short time frame I gave to them! Anselone Flooring is nothing short of amazing. The staff is extremely informative, and they go above and beyond to provide the exact service you are looking for. Gina walked me through area rug selections in a detailed and professional manner. Great family who cares! I highly recommend.
They are always quick to respond with quotes and service. The staff is professional and always does a perfect job. We have used them for over 5 years with carpet installs, wood floor restorations and repairs. Highly recommend!!
We are so grateful to Paula & Gina for making our project easy and beautiful. They were always willing to take the time needed to help us work through ideas and always provided excellent customer service. It's hard to find quality businesses like Anselone these days.
Everyone I spoke to was extremely accommodating and friendly. Paula and Chuck fit me in their tight schedule and really helped me out in refinishing my floors before my furniture came. Henry was also very accommodating! My floors look brand new! I appreciate it so much! Many thanks!
