We were so happy to find Anselone Flooring. At first we looked at some of the big box stores for our wall to wall carpet, but it was overwhelming and the service was non-existent. We stopped into Anselone and were immediately thrilled. They were incredibly helpful, really worked with us to find options that fit our desires and our budget and were incredibly accommodating of our schedule. Anselone Flooring was an absolute pleasure to work with. The carpet we selected was on backorder so the staff worked hard to find us a comparable match to our backorder choice. We ultimately decided on our original choice and the carpet was professionally installed on the date and time we requested. It was a pleasure to work with a personal company where all the employees are family and care about their product. I would highly recommend using Anselone Flooring over the big box stores.
Shopping local was a great experience at Anselone Flooring! I recommend them without hesitation. Paula researched carpet composition for me, and Tammy patiently walked me and my husband through the whole flooring decision-making process. Carpet install went very smoothly.
We had out 100 year old fir floors redone by Ansolone two months ago. They were very professional and the results are gorgeous!
They did a great job helping us choose a pad and rug for our basement. The installers were friendly, professional and did a great job.
