Everyone I spoke to was extremely accommodating and friendly. Paula and Chuck fit me in their tight schedule and really helped me out in refinishing my floors before my furniture came. Henry was also very accommodating! My floors look brand new! I appreciate it so much! Many thanks!

Destroyed my kitchen floor. Said they would fix it, and never did. Huge chunks of grout come loose every day.
