Friendly Staff The apartment is nice and quiet, located at a beautiful neighborhood. The staff are friendly and helpful, especially Holly, who helped me through the move in process and always responds to my requests on a timely manner.

Nice location, decent building We lived at AoA for two years (4/21-6/23). New to the city, we found the location to be unbeatable. The property allows for easy access to the beltline, the highway, and is very walkable in the surrounding areas. The unit was clean and suited us well. Over the two years of living there, rent increased 37% in total before we decided that it was not worth living there. Great property to move in to learn the city It Centrally located to all of the hot spots in the city. Walking distance to many shops, bars & restaurants. It’s a fairly quiet building and block.
