They do not honor lease agreements and approach issues with accusations, a NASTY attitude, and raising their voices like children. Jerald is the worst of them all and needs to be fired IMMEDIATELY. Verified Renter Stay away. The elevator doesnt work, guests cannot enter. The secure parking lot gates are also constantly broken. In addition, the stairs are stained with spills and nothing has been to address it. The overall cleanliness and functionality has been in constant decline.
