They included a pool opening in the pool construction contract. It was easy because we have worked with them in the past. They do quick work with capable teams. I'd recommend them.

The built the pool prior to us purchasing the home. We purchased 3 year plan when we bought the house. They are helpful when we have questions. They efficiently do their jobs. Keri Spain, in 2019, was so helpful our 1st year owning a pool. I'd recommend them. They get the job done.

I did some research in 2002, we had our pool put in by them and we have used them ever since. We've had the same techs since 2002. Their names are Keith, Etienne. They know the pool. We like the technicians and the service is always good. They can find issues really quick. We've used them for openings, closings, and services. I originally bought my pool from Anthony and have always used them to open/close my pool. I have never had a problem with Anthony opening my pool, so I trust the company to do their job right. I have used them to perform by-weekly cleaning, always went to the retail store before it closed down for water testing and chemicals, and have used them for resurfacing my pool, upgrading to a salt system as well as having repairs done to my coping. We used Anthony & Sylvan to build our pool. The service provides comfort in knowing everything is up and running properly. We've also used them for pump repair, service and delivery of maintenance chemicals. They have knowledge of all aspects of my pool. All employees and contractors from Anthony & Sylvan have been polite, professional, and thorough. I'd recomend them.

They were referred by a friend (another A&S customer). They opened my pool under a 3-yr Gold Plan. I've used them for general maintenance and warranty repair. The are familiar with our pool since they built it, so they can resolve things more quickly. The workers who open and close the pool are usually friendly. We did not have the best building experience, so the back end opening and closing has been much smoother. Their opening and closing costs are more expensive than other local pool companies. I choose them because a friend of mine referred me. I did have other companies give me quotes. All of them were pretty close, but I felt Anthony & Sylvan Pools had more experience than the smaller companies. What they did was provide new skimmers, new returns, also new coping, and tile. I had been thinking about getting a pool for ten years before deciding to contact any company. The other company I had originally wanted to use has gone out of business and they suggested this company. The pool is freeform and it does not have a spa. I have not used it yet. I would like to recognize Mitch Cramer for his exceptional customer service. The subcontractors exceeded my expectations.
