The quoted price was competitive and reasonable. The assigned PM is professional, very customer focused and committed to deliver the pool as promised. However, improvement is suggested to provide the subcons with latest up to date construction drawings as agreed with the customer (me) so mistakes, oversights and rework could have been avoided. They did an excellent job in all aspects of the project. With every stage they made sure it was done right and they did a great job of keeping us informed .Everything went according to schedule. We are really happy.
