The company is great, but their subcontractors were not very good.
Could be a 5 star rating if we did not have issues with OZONE unit and FAILED city final inspection twice and as of today, still have not passed the inspection. Having unexpected issues are common in any construction work. A perfect rating depends on how you finish the job and in this case, we are not at the finish line.
