It was a very easy process. We had no problems and we love the pool.
Anthony & Sylvan Pools is a national company. This is my second pool by them. I live in Las Vegas and wanted someone who stood behind their word.
The overall process of sales, consultation, and design was very smooth. Scheduling was very smooth except for some difficulties with the retaining wall. There was some back and forth because they were the one dealing with contractors and there were some issues with that. It was all resolved but we weren't sure who to contact at Anthony & Sylvan Pools. There was a lack of communication for about a month. Chris was good at getting back to us and getting everything done.
Jared, our designer, and Gary, our manager, were both very responsive and wonderful at what they did. They did a really nice job. They both managed their crews well and were very timely. The final project is perfect and we love our pool.
The salesperson had a great personality and wasn't out to get our money. He was down to earth. We love our pool!
rom start to finish, Anthony & Sylvan Pools exceeded all of my expectations. From the initial contact and design stage with Don Sabino, to the Project Manager, Jason Campanella who walked me through every stage of progect. Jason was always available to answer every question and concern. Jason definitely lowered my stress level and believe it or not, made the entire process enjoyable. Great Job Anthony & Sylvan.
High quality pool and they were always there to answer the many questions we had. Always very professional!
