Chris was good at getting back to us and getting everything done.
Jared, our designer, and Gary, our manager, were both very responsive and wonderful at what they did. They did a really nice job. They both managed their crews well and were very timely. The final project is perfect and we love our pool.
The salesperson had a great personality and wasn't out to get our money. He was down to earth. We love our pool!
rom start to finish, Anthony & Sylvan Pools exceeded all of my expectations. From the initial contact and design stage with Don Sabino, to the Project Manager, Jason Campanella who walked me through every stage of progect. Jason was always available to answer every question and concern. Jason definitely lowered my stress level and believe it or not, made the entire process enjoyable. Great Job Anthony & Sylvan.
High quality pool and they were always there to answer the many questions we had. Always very professional!
Our project manager, Mitch, made this a great experience. Also, great communication and organization by the office and support staff.
There were some bumps in the road along the way but all in all, they delivered a quality product.
Overall, things went well - especially for a pandemic. The main challenge is that A&S builds so many pools in parallel that you can start to feel like a number. That said, I felt folks like my project manager, scheduler and designer did the best job they could.
We were very pleased with the overall process building the pool.
