All of the Sylvan staff members that I met were very knowledgeable and helpful. I had lots of questions and they patiently answered them. Some of the equipment that I have had installed is brand new to me and I worry that my homeowner maintenance efforts may be insufficient but I feel comfortable calling Mr. Lokuta about any problems I may encounter.
