My project manager Mario Cupo made the whole experience very easy and smooth.
Staff was great start to finish. The process takes much longer than it used to so you must be patient. The majority of time is waiting on subcontractors

The designer of the pool, Bryan from Rea Road location, did a great job and was very helpful at several points during the process. Our project manager, Tanner Hoffman, also did great at filling us in on next steps and answering any questions we had. He also kept things moving along. Would recommend working with both of them.
We love our new pool.
Ultimately, our main PM was David Rodriguez. We can't say enough good things about David. We felt he really went above our expectations from start to finish. We thought, of course things would run smoothly with everything leading up to breaking ground, then fully expected delays and problems and lack of communication from that point forward.
