Sales and initial project management were very strong. As personal changed the follow up and completion of errors was a problem.
Overall we are very happy with our pool.
Anthony & Sylvan pools built a beautiful pool for us. In addition, the contractors they sub to also did a great job ensuring our customer satisfaction was always met.
They set the expectations of what it would take to build the pool and there were no surprises. They executed as they said they would and delivered the pool on schedule. My project manager was very responsive and my pool designer gave us a awesome concept for the space. Expensive but worth it.

Mr. John, Mr. Roy, Ms. Renee, and Ms. Kelsey were all great during this process. They completed the project ahead of schedule.
From friends and acquaintances the largest complaint about pool companies is the communication. I can say that I had excellent communication throughout. Everything didn't happen as planned and that can be expected when dealing with independent contractors. Even if contractor didn't make it the day they said, I still had excellent communication from the A&S team.
