Pretty nice finished product. Worked with designer to tailor the pool to my wants/needs (I probably should have worked a bit more on this). A&S puts a lot of QC authority on their subs, which means the owner must stay on top of things. Subs were very messy, each one created their own pile of debris/trash, even the plaster prep crew (dumped their shop-vac in various locations in the yard). All of the piping and power line trenches were left open, no indication when they would be filled back in (so I ended up doing it myself).

Great service. Laid out all the expectations up front and met the deadlines. Turbo was excellent and so was Ronn who was our design guy
The service was good. The sign-up was hard. The subcontractors aren't as good as they should be. The communication was great. We are deaf and really appreciated the improved communication between the staff and us.

we are very happy to have a pool, and even though it took a while to come to fruition (no fault of A & S) all is good now
There were a couple of concerns with schedules and time of turning on the pumps.

We looked at a lot of pool companies and decided to go with A&S. We wanted a national company, not just a local independent. We did get several bids that were lower, but we wanted the experience a national pool builder could give. Jeff was wonderful in showing us options and helping us design exactly what we wanted. Once committed, we got Justin as our PM.
