Experience was good, there are some areas that needs a little improvement. Some subcontractors didn’t deliver the quality that Sylvan sold. Also, Sylvan should replace customers sod or at the least assist with it to bring back the yard to how it was prior to all the digging.
While we are happy with the finished product of the pool, the pool construction process was a challenging journey to say the least. There were times when we felt that A&S was not fully sensitive or responsive to our communication requests in the process. Our PM did the best he could but we felt he was stretched way too thin with an overabundance of projects he was overseeing. I had a really good experience. The job turned out beautifully. There were a few snafus but they took care of everything.
Great service from the planning to the actual building.
