We’ve had a couple minor issues after our pool construction and the warranty department has been outstanding! Our issues are acknowledged promptly and we quickly get an action plan laid out. I specifically would like to acknowledge Alex who has personally been out to our pool and his level of service is unmatched. He has a great attention to detail and thoroughly diagnosed the root problem on each visit. Anthony & Sylvan built our pool in the late Spring and did an amazing job! We were able to enjoy it all summer and had plenty of pool parties. Our project manager, Gabriel, was highly communicative and took care of us throughout the process. Even when he was busy, he always tried his best to respond to any question or issue we had. The other folks on his team were great too. We've recommended Anthony & Sylvan to all of our friends who are looking for a pool.

We had a wonderful experience with Anthony Sylvan. Our design consultant-T.J. Martin- came to our home and took the time to meet with us and listen to what we wanted and our budget. He designed a fabulous pool utilizing our existing deck and trees. The PM and TJ both mets with us once permits were pulled and ready. They took care of all of the permits except HOA. We selected Anthony-Sylvan because of extensive tile and plaster selections and the help we received from John in making our selections. Amanda in the front office took care of scheduling and David as the project manager insured the re-tiling and re-plastering were done on schedule. And the work was outstanding! In addition, we had a stucco negative edge replaced with tile and it is amazing! Couldn’t be more pleased!
