The process started strong and communication was good but after a month into the process the site supervisor (as she was called) started to hide from us when on site, requested texts and pics instead of showing up in person when she planned to show, and answering questions became concerning. Pool cracked in two Pool cracked and flexes up and down on one side causing deep end skimmer line to break now the deep end drain is broken.
Remarkable Pool I wanted a pool for a month or two. I've heard of them for years because of their large company and they're near where I live too. They were also building a pool for my neighbors and gave me the best value among other others. Freeform, it has a raised wall design with waterfalls. Very Professional and Accommodating I will definitely recommend Anthony & Sylvan pools to friends and family. I had wanted a pool for a long time. We heard about Anthony & Sylvan from our neighbors. Our pool is a Freeform pool with a tanning ledge! We can spend time as a family and relax! Everyone did an amazing job! Very professional and accommodating! Quality of work!
Thrilled with Our Pool The design process was wonderful with the Anthony Sylvan designer taking the extra time to make sure we got the pool placement and elevation right and he was totally willing to make changes as we went along. John went above and beyond to make sure we had our pool completed on time. We are older, John was so patient with us to make sure we felt totally comfortable with adding the chemical's to making sure we could operate the hot tub. Best Investment for Our Well-Being A&S built a fabulous pool that I enjoy every day. The money was the best investment for me and my family's well-being.
