Every issue that I've had come up with my pool I've had the most excellent customer service and Valerie has been sensational she's made sure maintenance has been completed in the timely manner and any minor repairs to the pool and deck have been done with no problems or questions asked. I live just south of Houston and there are a lot of contractors. If I go and research a contractor, I find that a lot of them are very unstable. So it was a good reason to choose Anthony & Sylvan. My wife really wanted a pool for a long time, and she had it built. We had it done over this winter and she handled all the details with Anthony & Sylvan pretty much herself. Anthony Sylvan Pool Company was contacted in May of 2012 to build our pool with waterfall and bench seating around the pool for entertaining. The construction went as scheduled and by July 4th we were swimming! The pool is great and we have thoroughly enjoyed it. I would highly recommend Anthony Sylvan Pools to anyone considering putting in a pool. Their employees were knowledgeable and very helpful in designing our pool and following through from start to finish. We are very satisfied with our purchase. Thanks again!
A+ Pool... Great service! Ron Sills and Mike Marcum were very helpful and always quick to respond when I had questions. Ron invested alot of time and attention to the pool design (and later redesigns) to help get the pool that we wanted. The initial drawings and the 3-D renderings really helped see the pool as it would look in the yard beforehand. Mike was always reliable and responded quickly to all my questions and issues. He's a great asset to A&S!
