I don't typically leave reviews but have to say that our experience with Anthony n Sylvan pools has been amazing. Rick Blatter our salesman and David Agular our pool foreman have been on top of everything. They have taken alot of time to answer every question and have went above and beyond on anything asked. The best part is I'm a shift worker so they even accommodate my sleep schedule so to not wake me when I work nights.
Our pool is around 5 years old. It took us almost 8 months to decide on what we want. Very low monthly cost for chemicals. The kids use it about 10 months out of the year. If you thinking about getting one. Get the one you want think about it and don't settle. We are still very happy with ours.
We have wanted a pool for a couple of years. We called several pool companies and talked to friends who recommended Anthony & Sylvan which we ended up going with because of their pricing and warranty. My project manager, David, went above and beyond customer service. Even here lately, I've had a few questions and he was on top of them with the answers that I needed. My pool has been completed since July. I've recommended the company to a friend.
A few months ago, our pool light started going crazy and kept flipping off. Since under warranty, I called A&S. I was told it may be our GFI switch. I hired someone to come out, it was not the GFI. So, I got back in touch with A&S, the light is under warranty and I was told from the company I had hired to fix my problem that it was most likely the light malfunctioning. I've wanted a pool for years. I posted on a Facebook page for our city and said, "Hey, everybody. I want to get a pool. Are there any recommendations?" A woman on there said that she got her pool from Anthony & Sylvan and she was extremely happy with how it went. So, I gave Anthony & Sylvan and another pool company a call to come out and have a consultation with me.
Love our Anthony & Sylvan pool!! Ours is 13 years old and as beautiful as the day we filled it up! We have pebble tech and started with chlorine but changed it to saltwater a few years ago.
