Jason Smith was a great design consultant. Steven Lyszczyk was a great project manager. Emma, Warda, and Amanda were great at coordinating everything and keeping me informed. Geoff and the other pool school teachers/ technicians were great as well.
Our new A&S pool looks fantastic and with the combination of CCR for decking delivered a great outcome. We originally had a liner pool that was not the style for this neighborhood. We invested in a new A&S pool and have no regrets. A few of our neighbors used A&S to build their pools and commented on the great experience. I thought about a pool for 6 months and found A&S on the internet and via previous customer experience. I like the price and that it's freeform and the ease of care. It's fun for kids. Our whole team, Patrick, Justin, Jeremy, Patricia, was great to work with.
They did an excellent job on the construction and provided outstanding customer service response. Although this is our 4th experience building a pool, we waited 4 years before pulling the trigger. I had known about Anthony & Sylvan for decades. The pool is freeform and it enhances our back yard and makes the entire home bigger because of the expanded space. Mike Turbeville was an excellent project manager.
The subs that they used were top notch. The flow between job tasks were well coordinated. Quality was excellent. Communication was lacking at times. I thought about a pool for 6 months and they were recommended by a neighbor. I liked designing the pool with our sales guy, Brian, and it's easy to maintain. Glad we did it.
Our Anthony & Sylvan Pool ended up being a high quality pool with what we wanted. I looked for 3 months before I went with Anthony & Sylvan Pools. I found them on the internet and I chose them because of the warranty program and that they are well established. I have a geometric pool. It is 50 x 60 with a hot tub. I like that we can swim laps in out pool. It is great to cool off in it but to swim is better. Jeremy Wright should be recognized for his exceptional service.
My pool was built by Anthony & Sylvan Pool in 1997 and I chose them for this renovation because of my experience with the original build. I had tile and plaster replaced. I like the colors of the tile and plaster. They have given the pool a more modern look. Chandra Tuff was very helpful. She was not the original PM on my reno, but she stepped in to assure that the job was completed to my satisfaction. I appreciated the customer service given by Chandra and her understanding of how important customer service/satifaction.
They gave excellent service and quality work. Their communication was great. I had used them about 4 years ago for another pool at my prior home. I had a number of company quotes, but the designer was an engineer and I liked that. He really knows what he's talking about and takes a personal interest. From start to finish, Anthony & Sylvan were exceptional. All the rain during my project was crazy, but they came through for me and did such a wonderful job. I had considered a pool for about 6 months and chose A&S after lots of neighbors shared their positive experience with A&S on our neighborhood FB page.
