Prompt excellent service We would recommend Geoffrey Vanleer to anyone! I sent Geoff a text well after normal. Yao was hours not expecting a reply. Not only was I wrong, we FaceTimed! Geoff diagnosed the problem and literally a day later, the pool is fixed! We ended up having to replace a single speed motor to a veritable speed motor. Incant get over how quiet it is now!
Knowledgeable and great experience! Brian was extremely knowledgeable and very willing to answer any questions throughout pool school. He explained how the equipment worked and when to take videos of maintenance instruction. Brian explained how to use the equipment, maintain the chemistry of the pool, and the app. It was a great experience and very thankful Brian was our instructor!
I give Geoffrey 5 stars Geoffrey Vanleer with Anthony Sylvan Pools taught my husband and me on the operations and maintenance of our pool. He did a fantastic job! He told us if we ever had any questions or needed his help that he was only a phone call away! Today we had some questions and needed his help! We called Hom, and he called us back in less than an hour! He got our questions answered and our problem solved! He is so knowledgeable, and so patient and kind to two old people!!! Geoffrey Vanleer instructed us for the “pool school” and was so knowledgeable!! He told us he would always be available to us if we ever had any questions! I had to call him today and he returned my call in less than an hour! He walked me through what I needed to do! Geoff is so patient, kind, helpful, and knowledgeable! He stands by his word! Logan, the salt pool instructor was so helpful and knowledgeable! He said he would always be available to us if we ever had any questions! So nice to know! Excellent Company Our second pool with Anthony Sylvan and extremely satisfied once again. Tim Fournier , our Project Manager was Awesome from start to finish. He kept us informed all the way through the process so I knew what was going on at all times. We were not living in the area as construction was going on and Tim took care of everything. Our pool is Everything we could have wished for. I highly recommend Anthony Sylvan and hope you are lucky enough to get Tim as your Project Manager.
