The whole process is explained to you in detail. Project Manager kept us up to date along with pictures every time he visited the site. The longest wait we had was waiting for an electrician. Every step was followed just as explained. A&S is very organized in the pool building process! Excellent customer service! About 5 years I had heard of Sylvan pools. I highly recommend. They give Great service and Always on time, great communication, great outcome. I looked for a pool for 2 years. I heard about them from a Friend. I have a Freeform with hot tub and fire bowls Hot tub. I would like to recognize Adam Tally and Brian Syvrud. The Scheduling, follow up, and commitment to keep us happy were great.

Overall communication and timeline from start to finish was phenomenal!I've been looking at a pool off and on for 16 years. I found Anthony & Sylvan from the Home and patio show in Jacksonville, FL. Our pool is a Freeform, no spa and is a larger size than average pools normally built in this area. It has a sunshelf and multiple umbrella pockets and extra seating. I am likely to recommend. The service was good. At times a little slow due to weather and other unforeseen mishaps like with any large project. I've wanted a pool for 2 years. Anthony & Sylvan was great to work with, my pool and spa are absolutley beautiful! The time from start to finish and the quality of the work are top notch and superior to any other pool companies! I thought about getting a swimming pool for about 3 years. My neighbor referred Anthony & Sylvan Pools to me, and I watched his process. It's rectangular (3x8 ft.) with an 8-man seating spot and the largest pool they build as far as backyard pools go. We are excited about it. It's a great asset to our home. I have already referred three of my neighbors to Anthony & Sylvan Pools.I had been thinking about it for about 6 months. I chose them because they are a reputable, nationwide company, and I already knew the name. It is geometric, and it has a spa that flows into it. I just love having the pool. The work was timely and way ahead of schedule. It was completed almost a month before it was supposed to be. We had some contractor problems with people not showing up. Our pool contractor was Brian, and it was kind of out of his control. They did not show up when they were supposed to show up, a couple of them.
