Anthony Sylvan was great to work with on this project. Tim Clarke was very good at keeping us informed on steps and the design of the pool. The project manager kept us up to date on what was going to take place next and the customer service has been awesome, even 2 years after the sale.
Great company to work with. Greg Cornwell the warranty technician took us through pool school and was very informative. We appreciate his help being first time pool owners.

Tim Clark is the best pool designer this side of the Mississippi - loved working with him and the entire team. 3-month build on schedule. Details, details, details! Tim had excellent ideas that I look back on now and appreciate greatly such as starting at 3.5 feet depth and going with chlorine/mineral fusion vs. salt. Thank you Tim & Anthony Sylvan. Almost 3 years later and very happy!
One of the best things about doing business with this pool company is their people. I'm at year two of enjoying my pool and I must say that I have had a stellar experience with their service staff. In particular, Mr. Brian Turbeville. Brian has been our tech since we've had our pool and he is professional, courteous, knowledgeable, consistent, and on time every week. Our pool was finished early spring of 2018 in Wadesboro, NC. So far, we could not be more delighted. We have had no complaints. Tim Clark was an excellent sales rep who responded in a timely manner. He was very knowledgeable and designed exactly the type of inground pool we wanted. In fact, he offered a few suggestions that made it even better than we expected. I would highly recommend Tim and his team.
Our Anthony and Sylvan pool looks beautiful. We had such great service from initial contact with Bryan for design and through completion with all arranged vendors. The finished product did not disappoint on our investment. We have enjoyed the jacuzzi all the Carolina winter and we can hardly wait for pool season to begin.
We had an issue with our breaker cutting off all of the time and we were a couple months out of warranty. Justin Taylor stepped up and took care of the issue without any additional cost to us!
