They did great and are reliable. A great value for a price.
The salesman was very thorough and explained everything, The project manager was very communicative with me. The workmen were very professional and courteous. Their service team was top shelf and I would recommend them. Everyone I have dealt with has been extremely professional. The pool ended up perfectly and exceeded my expectations. I would highly recommend this company to anyone.
The same technician comes out every week, he is always very thorough and careful and he does a very professional job. They cleaned and service the pool. They checked all the chemicals and made sure that the tiles are clean.
It's been great. He does a very thorough job. They send a report each day that they do it. Brian does a great job. He is fantastic. We have an ongoing service with them. They come once every week. Check all equipment, check chemical, cleans it. All of that.
They did an excellent service, they met everything that needed, very responsive and their customer service was fantastic.
They were very responsive to our needs and when we had problems they were very quick to resolve them. They were great to work with.
Brian Reades has been such a pleasure to work with on our pool. He does a thorough job and we couldn't be happier. I am thankful for Anthony and Sylvan's professional and friendly staff, especially Brian. I highly recommend this company
Tim Clark of Charlotte was our pool Designer. He really listened to us and worked with us through our many design clarifications/changes. Other companies that we quoted with either did not return our calls, told us what our pool design would be or came out once and vanished. Tim was exceedingly easy to work with, very professional and would still answer our calls a year after our pool has been built - if we had a reason to call him. Excellent work also to Corey (landscape) and Johnny (waterfall)!
