Love the design and now the completed pool. I would highly recommend Anthony & Sylvan for those looking to install an in-ground pool.
I would recommend Anthony & Sylvan based on our experience. Their pool designer Brian was a joy to work with. They do a nice job with keeping you updated on the progress and next steps. One area that could be improved is the process for making sure the homeowner clearly understands how to operate the pool. They do have "pool school" but I'm not sure one session is enough to cover all the details. In the end, we are very pleased with our pool and the company. They have responded every time we had any questions.
We had a great experience with Anthony and Sylvan pools in Charlotte. It started with the planning and design with Tim Clark. We had engaged several pool companies during this phase and Tim was by far the best, Tim was wonderful to work with, and he helped steer us in a direction that would give us the most enjoyment for our money. Justin Taylor runs the warranty and claims program at Anthony and Sylvan does an amazing job. Numerous times Justin has helped with issues that come up as I am a new and inexperienced pool owner. Justin has the right touch with customers and even again today several years after pool installation, he came out and evaluated a problem not caused by the pool. A big shout out to Justin and the A&S team!

Great company to work with. They were able to address all my concerns in a professional manner and once completed I had the most amazing pool ever. 3 years later we are still pleased with the results and have no doubt that we have a quality pool. It is standing the test of time which in the long run is most important.
We are so impressed with our design consultant Patrick Pisano who came out and explained everything so clearly and designed our pool layout. He was so professional and not pushy at all. We are half way through the process and so far have been pleased with everything. Patrick is so quick to respond on the small changes we decided to add to the design before it was dug out. So glad I chose Anthony & Sylvan Pools when I decided to install a pool in my backyard. I designed a very complex pool, and they went over and above to make sure this pool was perfect. Anthony and Sylvan recently completed our inground pool and we couldn't be happier with the end result and the overall experience. Our designer, Brian Montgomery, had a great vision for how best to utilize the space in our yard and was wonderful to work with. We never felt like we were being pressured or anything.
