Install salt water pool and raised spa, decking provided by third party . First, I have been an estimator and been in the construction industry in the past. We also talked to many pool companies before this decision. A&S was not the cheapest, but I am glad we went with them. Our designer, Tim Clark, was great to work with, definitely A++, down to a few last minute changes he was helpful the whole process, he also stepped in more than once to make sure the process ran smoothly. I did a lot of research on the internet. I've had several interviews with the pool companies, and felt that Anthony & Sylvan offered the best package. I was travelling of the country from time to time as the development was evolving. It was a tremendous process, but the scheduler and project manager still managed to call me and follow up from time to time. The communications between the customer and Sylvan pools are wonderful. Install pool . While the pool installation process can by challenging at times, the professionalism and high level of customer service of the people with whom we worked made a world of difference. Patty Brugh, the Project Scheduler, helped us overcome the natural frustration of the process. They put in a custom pool to the specs I asked for. . From Day one we had a great vibe. They sat down with me we went over high level wants/needs. We then met a few weeks later and looked at a 3D drawing of the actual layout. 3 Weeks Later the project started. Through all of the phases we had checkpoints and I was out and about looking at the work through the whole process. Built a swimming pool. They did a great job. They came out right on time. They answered all of our questions, and helped us make the decisions about what we wanted with the pool. They were very helpful.

We lived in York, SC about 10 years ago and they installed a pool for us. It was fabulous, the workmanship, the professionalism, and the timing. Everything was great. Now we live in Moore and we want a new pool installed. We did our research around here, and no one compares. We wanted Anthony & Sylvan Pools back. We contacted them, and they are willing to come 90 miles out of their way to install a new pool for us. They have gone above and beyond. A+.

They constructed a new pool in my backyard. They blended the pool into the hill in the backyard and it looks fantastic. The project manager was here very often and if I wasn't home, he would email me with updates. They cleaned up after themselves every day- there was almost no mess. It looks great and they did a super job.

We had retired from the north and had planned and planned what our retirement pool/spa would be, we even had a price in mind (being from the north we knew the cost that it would be there). Thanks to Tim Clark and his crew from Anthony & Sylvan Pools we have our dream! Everything from day one, meeting with Tim, went great.
